iHealthFlix Privacy Policy

iHealthFlix (the Service) is sponsored and administered by Managed Care On-Line, Inc. (MCOL).  The iHealthFlix Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use and aggregate personal information about you on the Service, and describes the limitations we have placed on use of your personal information, and the protections we have implemented regarding the privacy of your personal information.

Your Acceptance of These Terms 
By using the Service, you signify your acceptance of all provisions of the iHealthFlix Privacy Policy and other Service Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms of the iHealthFlix Privacy Policy or other Terms of Use, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes. Registration and Collection of Personal Information

Upon registration, you are asked to supply applicable contact information, Email address, Username and Password you would like to use, Subscription options you desire, and Payment Information. Username, Passwords and Payment Information are processed by MCOL on a secure basis and are never shared with Third Parties (except for specific secured payment information provided to designated financial transaction institutions and processing services in order to process specific Subscriber payments.)

Limitation on Use of Collected E-Mail Addresses

MCOL will not sell, exchange or otherwise share Member e-mail addresses to any other party or organization without the explicit permission of the user. MCOL reserves the right to transfer title of its e-mail and other contact information to a third party at any time.

e-Newsletter and Announcements
The Service provides you e-mail news and announcements from iHealthFlix, including notification when new video titles are available in the Service. You may opt out of receiving such e-mail information from the Service (see the "Opt-Out Procedures" section below.)

Links 
The Service contains links to other sites. MCOL is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites, including any sites that may indicate a special relationship or partnership with MCOL, such as co-branded pages and "powered by" relationships. MCOL does not disclose Contact or Payment Information to those responsible for the linked sites. The linked sites, however, may collect personal information from you when you link to their site. This collecting of information is not subject to MCOL's control. To ensure protection of your privacy, always review the privacy policy of the sites you visit by linking from our Service.

Notification of Changes 
The MCOL iHealthFlix Privacy Policy may be revised over time. The most recent update date of this policy will always appear at the beginning of this policy. We do, however, recommend that you read the MCOL iHealthFlix Privacy Policy each time you use this web site.

Correcting and Updating Information 
MCOL also permits you to correct or update contact Information that you have previously provided to us. To do so, contact MCOL indicating the contact information that you wish to be corrected or updated.

Opt-Out Procedures 
You may always opt-out of receiving future news and announcement e-mails from us. To remove your Contact Information from our database, and to cancel future communications, send an e-mail to MCOL specifically indicating if you request to unsubscribe from iHealthFlix e-mail news and announcements. This Opt-Out will remove you from the iHealthFlix distribution list, but would not remove you from any other distribution lists unrelated to iHealthFlix that you subscribed to separately with MCOL through other MCOL web sites. However, MCOL also provides separate opt-outs at any time for these other distribution lists.
